I’m sorry, your payment was not accepted.
The most common reasons for this are:
- The name you entered on the Payment Form does not match the name on the card. If this is the case, go back to the Payment Form, and change the name to the name on the card. Then in the Comments section, enter the name which appears on your client account at Melvin & Melvin, to assure that we credit the payment properly.
- The address line you typed was not the first line (number and street, or PO Box) of the address to which card statements are sent.
- No selection was made on the dropdown menu indicating the card type.
- The expiration date is in the past or doesn’t match the date on the card.
- The card number was mistyped.
- You left a field blank.
- You paid us the same amount from the same card twice in 24 hours.
