Since 1978, Mr. Bobrycki has litigated hundreds of claims in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts for individual, business, and bank clients.  Specializing in complex business and commercial litigation, his work involves lender liability, business accounting, secured transactions, employment, and contract rights in business and real property.  He has defended several civil RICO claims, a Truth-In-Lending class action involving a plaintiff’s class of thousands, several cases alleging fraud, forgery and unauthorized banking transaction, an action involving sixty distinct counts of fiduciary breaches by the trustee of a multi-million dollar estate, one of the leading sex discrimination cases in New York’s judicial history, the misappropriation of intellectual and proprietary assets, and numerous cases involving accounting and business fraud.  He has handled lender liability suits involving such issues as equitable subordination of security interests, fraudulent conveyancing of assets, and diversion of business opportunities.

Mr. Bobrycki is also active in the firm’s commercial construction practice. He represents contractors in contract formation, job and payment disputes, and litigation.  His background in complex litigation enables him to assist contractors in whatever claims they may have.
