Tracy Dam Chieco is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004, with extensive experience in legal research, contract drafting, court operations, and appellate advocacy. Throughout her legal career, she has demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, working as a team, and managing complex legal and administrative functions in high-pressure environments.
Tracy began her legal career with a strong foundation in real property law, later expanding her practice to appellate litigation and sensitive family law matters. Driven by a dedication to her clients, Tracy opened her own practice specializing in real estate and appellate law. She also serves as an Assigned Counsel for prisoner appeals, skillfully handling complex issues in severe cases.
In addition to her legal career, Tracy is a small business owner and founder of You Are My Sunshine Photography, where she combines creative vision with business acumen.
Tracy holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Albany. She is highly skilled in legal research, case management, budget preparation, and resource allocation.
As a dedicated community leader, Tracy served on the boards of the Sherrill-Kenwood Library, VVS Pop Warner Football, VVS Girls Little League, and the Oneida Area Day Care Center. She is also an active member of the New York State Women’s Bar Association, supporting the advancement and professional development of women in law.
